1. Cut up chicken breasts into kebab-size cubes and place in a zip lock bag.
2. Combine marinade ingredients. Pour into the zip lock bag to coat the chicken pieces.
3. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.
4. Place on the chicken pieces on skewers. Grill on high for about 6 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
