1. In a skillet, melt butter or margarine over low heat. 2. Add onions. Saute over medium heat until translucent.3. Stir in salami. 4. Pour eggs over salami and onions. Stir over low heat until soft curds form. Be sure to remove from heat before the eggs get dry. 5. Season with pepper. 6. Garnish with chives, and serve with toasted bagel.
